committed to customer satisfaction as
well as developing products that
can easily be used at events and
in traditional classrooms or home schooling
environments. Butterflies
represent re-birth and new beginnings.
For this reason we wanted to be able to
bring this joy not only to couples
celebrating their wedding, or children
celebrating their birthday; but also to
families celebrating the life of a loved
one.
A Butterfly Release Company was founded
from the joy of gardening and raising
butterflies as a relaxing
hobby. My grandmother was the
biggest influence for me, teaching my
sister and myself about the fun of
growing plants which attracted
different species of butterflies.
My sister and I got to learn about the
miracle of metamorphosis right before
our eyes from our grandmother at a very
young age. After going full
circle, I returned to the childhood
miracle that comes with raising
butterflies. A wish to share them
with others inspired A Butterfly Release
Company. After years of training and
speaking with breeders and scientists,
we come to you with a commitment
of providing the
very best service in, butterflies,
butterfly larvae, and
chrysalises. We hope to pass this
educ ation and fun on to others to enjoy.
A Butterfly Release Company is a member
of the
IBBA, which being a member of the
International Butterfly Breeders
Association means that A Butterfly
Release Company. adheres to the strict
Code of Ethics set by the Board of
Directors. We are also permitted by the
USDA. All of our butterflies are raised
under pristine conditions and with a
special diet that insures our
butterflies grow healthy and beautiful.
We are actual butterfly breeders, not
brokers. This gives us total quality
control over the butterflies we raise
ensuring the best product for our
customers. The butterflies for release
are raised for each individual order,
then fed before carefully being packaged
and shipped over-night to our customers.
Our farm is our family business and we
have been very blessed with this
opportunity. We take great pride
that we are helping repopulate the
dwindling population of butterflies due
to development. Helping the
environment repopulate is
only one step of our process. We
only use recycled products that
are biodegradable to raise our
butterflies. We also use solar
power and reclaimed water with another
idea learned from childhood and
scouts to "leave no trace".
